Brent L. Glading
Managing
Director
Brent has
over 15 years experience advising Plan Sponsors with their
retirement strategies and goals. Brent and the Glading Group
have received National recognition for its work done in the
Retirement Savings Industry. Glading Group’s revolutionary fee
disclosure and cost savings strategies have been featured in
The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CFO Magazine,
Philadelphia Inquirer, USA Today, Bloomberg New and CNBC.
Brent’s prior positions included: Managing Director of
Institutional Sales for Mass Mutual Financial Group and
Oppenheimer Funds Retirement Services Divisions. Vice
President and North East Regional Sales Director at Merrill
Lynch, and Vice President and Regional Sales Director for
Dreyfus Group Retirement Plans. Brent's
high profile clients have included KPMG, Deloitte & Touch,
Young & Rubicam, Lucent Technologies, Omnicom, and Dun
& Bradstreet. Brent graduated from Penn
State
University
in 1982 with a B.S degree in Economics.
David B. Kimball
Principal
David
has over 30 years experience involving all aspects of
retirement plan services, with a special focus on integrating
the functionality and costs of administration services with
legal, plan design and administration requirements of defined
contribution plan sponsors. David has worked extensively with
clients in the areas of vendor searches, contract reviews,
plan design, participant recordkeeping, sales, marketing, and
compliance testing and reporting. He also has experience in
product development, communications, non-qualified plans, and
trust services. In addition to his experience as a Principal
at Alexander & Alexander Consulting Group, David was an
officer at Principal Financial Group, Bankers Trust Company,
and Merrill Lynch, and was a senior manager and consultant at
KPMG and Towers Perrin. Some of David’s high profile clients
have included AT&T, IBM, Bristol Myers-Squibb,
ITT/Hartford, Unilever, and Westvaco. David graduated from
Princeton University in 1973 with an A.B. degree in Philosophy.
Kenneth E.
Williams
Principal
Ken
has over 30 years of broad based experience in investment and
administrative matters for all defined contribution and
defined benefit programs. He has extensive product and
industry experience interfacing with corporate, non-profit,
Taft-Hartley, and public pension funds. He has worked closely
with the pension systems of the City of New York, the states of
California, Missouri,Hawaii and Florida as well as numerous
municipalities. Most recently, Williams was Senior Vice President
at Prudential Financial with
responsibility for all client activity in the retirement
services organization. Williams also held senior positions at
Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for all institutional
retirement plan activities including product development,
product pricing and product profitability. Ken has been a
frequent speaker at industry conferences both in the
United States as well as
internationally. Some of Kens high profile clients have
included the City of New York, United Food Commercial Workers Union,
Maytag, Kroger Stores, WalMart,
DuPont, Merck, and Exxon. Ken graduated from St. Peters College
in 1974 with a B.S degree in Marketing
